We try that the delivery time of the products to the different countries (USA) arrive before possible. The average time of delivery to the client of all our products is between 15 to 29 days, depending on the country of shipment. Many times it can arrive before 20 days, it will depend on the product that the customer buys. That is why we are transparent with all our customers.

COM MEDIA PTY must be informed about the defective product manufactured, damaged by delivery handling, to solve it, you must send a claim request through the following form, at the following link.
This will go through to quality control in which it is distinguished if the defect corresponds to the use of the article or to a manufacturing defect. If this is the case, you will have to pay all the shipping costs to our offices in the Republic of Panama, at the following address:

After sending us your product, we will review it and take the liberty to decide if your case applies to a refund of money or not money refund.
RULES AND POLICY THAT THE USER MUST FOLLOW:
- You have a guarantee period of 5 days, to review your product, at the time of delivery of the product in your hands.
- If you consider that the product is defective, fill out the product return form and then send it to our offices in Republic of Panama, to check it and know if the product applies with a refund of money, through Payoneer.
- The return of money of the defective product, are made through the Payoneer platform and you cover all the costs that Payoneer has, when returning your money.
